Zuesly ("we", "us", "our") is a free web app for running Beer Olympics scoreboards. It is operated by an individual developer and provided as-is for entertainment purposes.
Your use of Zuesly is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Zuesly is designed for use at events involving alcohol. You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use this app. By using Zuesly, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used the service, contact us at hello@zuesly.com.
Zuesly is a scorekeeping tool only. We do not supply, sell, or distribute alcohol. We do not encourage excessive alcohol consumption.
You and your participants are solely responsible for your own safety, the safety of others, compliance with local alcohol laws, and ensuring no one drives under the influence. Zuesly is not responsible for injuries, property damage, intoxication, or the conduct of any participants at your event.
Zuesly is free to use. You may create rooms, add teams, and track scores at your events. You are responsible for how you use the app and for the content you enter (team names, room names, etc.).
You agree not to: use Zuesly to store personal data about others without their consent; attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt other rooms or the underlying systems; scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the service; impersonate another person or entity; submit abusive, unlawful, or harmful content; introduce malware or otherwise compromise the service.
The Zuesly name, logo, design, copy, artwork, and software are owned by Zuesly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended personal and event-management purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Zuesly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence, or availability. Rooms may expire and data may be lost.
In short: don't use Zuesly for anything that matters beyond a fun afternoon.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zuesly and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, game disputes, injuries, or other real-world outcomes.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Zuesly at any time, for any reason, including misuse, security concerns, or discontinuation of the service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such suspension or termination.
